Payment Options

Monta Vista Family Chiropractic believes in the value of care for you and your family, and we have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets.

Insurance

Many PPO insurance plans are accepted at our office, including United Health Care, Blue Shield, and Medicare.  We also accept auto accident and personal injury cases.  Our staff will verify and explain your benefits at no charge.

No Insurance

If you do not have chiropractic benefits, there is still a way for you to receive the care you need.  We offer a discounted rate of $57/treatment payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card as well as prepaid packages for an additional discount.

Health on a Budget

A small amount of time and money to care for yourself is far less time-consuming and expensive than allowing your condition to deteriorate into one that requires more intense care. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help!  We encourage you to take your health very seriously.  We do.
