Dr. Melissa Hoar
Dr. Melissa first became interested in Chiropractic after competing at a World Cup Skeleton event with an injured hip. She was told she would require surgery to be able to continue with her sport, but instead chose to be treated conservatively and was able to compete at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada. Melissa never had the surgery and is still able to remain active and pain-free thanks to regular chiropractic care.
Dr. Melissa received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wollongong - Australia, and then went on to complete her formal chiropractic training and graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic - West with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Dr. Melissa is focused on helping people to achieve a pain-free lifestyle through examination, diagnosis and treatment of the neuromusculoskeletal system including movement and posture analysis, rehabilitative and therapeutic exercise, and nutritional guidance.
